Here at Elite Trees, we carry out all kinds of work on trees in Suffolk. Sometimes we’re doing all we can to prolong a tree’s life, and in other instances like this one, we’re asked to remove the last piece of evidence of a tree – the stump! Stump removal is one of our areas of expertise, and we have worked with a wide range of domestic and commercial customers. So when we got the call, we were more than ready to help.
The Challenge
The customer who got in touch with us had several tree stumps in their garden, left over from where trees had been cut down over the years. The stumps hadn’t caused too much of an issue until now, but now the client was looking to do something different with their garden and were finding that the stumps were getting in the way. Some were in the flower beds, and some were in the lawn – so it was impossible to hide them! We’ve worked with many clients facing a similar issue over the years, and were able to leap into action right away.
The Solution
We have a variety of stump grinders at our disposal, which means that we can work on jobs of varying scale and complexity with ease. After taking a look at the tree stumps on this particular client’s property, we decided that a tracked stump grinder would be most appropriate. Once everything was up and running, we were able to safely and efficiently grind down all of the stumps in the garden. As you can see from the images, it really did make a huge amount of difference to the client’s outside space.
After we had removed the stumps, the client was able to re-plant the flower beds and re-seed the lawn – just in time for the warmer months! Thanks to our equipment and expertise, they now have a garden that works for them.
