Here at Elite we are dedicated to a programme of staff training to ensure they all have the appropriate skills and knowledge to complete the range of services offered, with the equipment used.

Our staff qualifications include:


City & Guilds, NPTC

Chainsaw training / certification

  • Chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting
  • Felling small, medium and large trees (conifer and broadleaf)
  • Tree climbing and aerial rescue from rope and harness
  • Use of chainsaw from rope and harness
  • Clearance of individual windblown trees
  • Dismantling of medium and large broadleaf crowns
