Working on dismantling a tree is a very regular occurrence for the team at Elite Trees. However, this particular project required specialist equipment to tackle the narrow access area.
The project
Unfortunately, this Oak tree had started to split and posed a danger to its surroundings. This is a can be a common occurrence for a large tree to split and causing danger to its surroundings especially if it has experienced damage from high winds.
We dismantled the tree down to stump level making sure we took the necessary precautions through the narrow access point. The debris was then carefully removed from the site by our team to allow them to grind down the stump to ground level. The team then removed the mulch from the site to leave everything neat and tidy.
Using our Rope, harness and Predator 28 tracked stump grinder, we were able to safely dismantle the tree down to stump level and grind the stump to ground level so it didn’t cause any further danger to the surroundings.
The outcome
We had the right equipment to tackle dismantling the tree and even though we faced the difficulty of the narrow access point, the team at Elite trees always take extra care when faced with site difficulties. The outcome was a large Oak tree removed and dismantled and the area neat and tidy.
